In the winter semester of 2024/25, I led a collaborative project with the HÖR.SPIEL Museum in Kassel and the Brückner-Kühner Foundation. Together with students from my animation seminar at Kunsthochschule Kassel and film students from the LAB Institute of Design and Fine Arts in Lahti, Finland, we created a series of short silent films, which are now part of the museum’s permanent exhibition. Visitors can use a button board loaded with sounds created during the course to compose their own live soundtrack for the films, playfully exploring the relationship between image and sound.
